Its principal home designer is Sam Young. Before devoting his career to designing home plans, Sam was a home builder for ten years in North Carolina. Sam designed most of the homes that he built, and he has the knowledge, experience and perspective to design homes that are affordable, stylish, functional and efficient to build.
